Just another normal Wednesday

Not too much to report here today, but after nothing last week, we want to please the masses with at least some pictures.

I think Dad is trying to start training us. There has been this thing under our feet when we hang out in our exersaucer.  He keeps saying "US Olympic soccer team of 2036 here we come!" I don't know what that means, but it is fun to kick this ball around!

What's that you say? There's something where?

Oh, that. I kind of like it there. Brittany thought it was really funny that I decided to sit with it on my head for almost 15 minutes yesterday, but I don't understand what the big deal is. Don't you think it brings out my eyes?

More tomorrow! Aidan learned a cool new trick and has been unwilling to preform for the camera, but I know we'll catch him doing it so you can see soon! We were told something about this weekend being something fun, too. All we know is that there is some weird looking creatures hanging in our closet next to our clothes with no faces. We'll be sure to tell you all about it when we figure out what's going on!

Back to Normal

Can you guess why I'm so happy,

and Patrick is... well, interested in something else?

Brittany's back!! No one told us, but she was gone all last week! We can't get a full story out of anyone, but from what we've been able to gather she spent the week doing something with sick Swines. Or maybe it was something with the letters H and N... we're not really sure. Anyways, we had a great week with Dad and he taught us all kinds of cool stuff. (Like, did you know that burping is REALLY funny?! Neither did we, but we've sure figured it out now!) But in the end we're glad to have everything back to normal for now.

Want to know what we did for her first day back? Snuggle, smooch, repeat. All. Day. Man we've got a tough life!!

Love, Aidan

MIA

Sorry we've been miss in action on here lately! We've been so busy growing and doing all kinds of neat things. To make up for our prolonged absence, we're going to make it up to you with videos!

Cool new Aidan trick:
I learned how to sign "more"! It's really easy, and I love that it gets me more food at meal time! Here's me showing off my new skills.

(Oh, and the sign for more should look like this:
I don't want to show off too much, so I just get close, but I sure know what it means!)

Neat, huh! Patrick doesn't quite want to do it yet. He figures that he's gotten along this far without having to work for his food, so why start now? He says all you have to do it get mad enough and you'll get it anyway. I can't argue the logic, but it's still fun to throw my hands together and watch everyone go nuts.

Cool new Patrick trick:
No one took a picture of my cool trick, but I am the master of picking up little tiny things with my thumb and pointer finger. I love to crawl around on the floor and find little crumbs or leaves that I can play with and eat. Once I decide that I feel like moving around this place every is going to be in big trouble - I'm going to get into everything! Luckily, I know that all I have to do is flash my adorable smile and everything will be okay. :)

And now, for your viewing pleasure, here's us trying these new cracker things mom got us. Brittany kept trying to tell us that they were yummy, but she's never even tried one! The first time we tried them we could hardly keep them down. We hope you enjoy watching our faces as we try to choke down these dry and flavorless crackers.

We promise to be updating more and we hope you like our cool
new design!

Twins

Did you know we're famous?

Neither did we! When Brittany got us dressed this morning she put us in these great shirts:

I guess we're pretty special because we're twins and we're from Minnesota. We have our own logo and everything! Naturally, we're pretty excited that we're getting recognition. We've even heard a rumor that we'll be on TV this afternoon doing something with Tigers. I'm not sure exactly what that means, but maybe it means we're going back to the zoo. Well, keep you up to date on our fame now that we know about it!

Our new friend

Brittany has been bringing her new "baby" with her to play this week. She is a pretty funny looking baby if you ask us, but then again all we know is our own extreme handsomeness, so maybe we're a poor judge. Anyway, this little creature has been really fun to play with. While we were having tummy time today, she came and snuggled up with Patrick and even took a quick nap!

She's pretty neat. When are we getting one, mom and dad?
